Remote Capture Payments

Remote capture allows the scanning and processing of low volume check payments remotely through Bill2Pay's system from a company's back-office and walk-up locations.

For small volume companies that prefer to keep their check processing in-house, image technology, applied through a simple image capture device provided by Bill2Pay, is used to scan paper checks into electronic files. With the captured accounts receivable data and bank account information transmitted to Bill2Pay's database, the electronic item is then converted into an ACH debit and processed as an ARC payment.

ARC conversion has made it possible for companies to more quickly and efficiently collect on customer payments. By scanning and converting check payments through ISI from a company's "back-office", items are processed as an ACH debit. Funds availability can be next day, and in some cases, same day.
