You will be provided with a secure weblink, where your employees log in and perform real-time credit/debit card transactions for walk up customers. The system is simple to use and a credit/debit card transaction is approved in a couple of seconds.Bill2Pay's POS Solution is customized to the different payment types you are accepting. A shopping card allows processing multiple payment types within one transaction. It is also possible to swipe the credit/debit card, transferring the name, credit/debit card account number, and expiration date, into Bill2Pay's POS Application. By simply plugging in a swipe device into the USB port of a computer, you are ready for payments. By swiping the credit/debit card you not only speed up the data entry process, but eliminate errors that often occur while manually typing credit/debit card account numbers. You can use your existing swipe device, if it is compatible to our Client Administration Tool or purchase a swipe device through Bill2Pay.
Taking a credit/debit card payment through Bill2Pay's POS Solution is simple, fast, and secure. It is also possible to take e-checks through the POS application. This is especially helpful when your employees are assisting a customer on the phone allowing them to process an e-check payment as well as a credit/debit card payment. An approved transaction is immediately reported in Bill2Pay's online reports.
