Customer Profile
Bill2Pay offers the option to allow your customers to set up online accounts. Through an online account a customer can manage his or her own customer profile. The customer profile allows the user to schedule payments and to set up recurring payments. Setting up recurring payments is especially convenient for bills that occur on a monthly basis, like utility bills. The customer profile allows the user to store up to three payment devices (Credit/debit cards or Checking Account for e-check payments) through their digital wallet. Once a scheduled payment has been processed, an e-mail will be sent to the customer's profile e-mail address. The customer also has the option to only receive e-mail notifications once the new bill has been posted. If the customer chooses this option, the bill is not automatically paid and the customer will log into their account to initiate the payment.
