Intuition Systems was founded in 1982 and has been under the present ownership since 1994. Intuition Systems is a privately held company, with a strong balance sheet and no significant debt. Intuition has three lines of business providing services that cover paper and electronic payment processing and bill management, records administration, and regulatory services for state agencies, municipalities, and commercial clients. We are presently doing business with the states of Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, and South Carolina. Intuition has a strong track record of delivering payment processing and program management services to a wide range of government and commercial clients. The three major lines of business are:

Bill2Pay Payment Processing  was founded in 1991, to primarily process paper check payments via our lockbox operation. In 2004 the electronic processing of credit/debit card payments and e-check payments was added to offer our clients a complete array of payment processing services. In 2009 we changed the name for the Payment Processing line of the Business to Bill2Pay. We currently process over 30 million payments annually for over 60 lockbox and electronic payment clients at our two processing facilities in Clearwater and Jacksonville, Florida. We are a PCI Level 1 compliant payment processor and we participate in regular internal audits, as well as external annual SAS70 Type 2 audits.

Intuition Records Management has been providing 529 college savings program records administration services for both prepaid and investment plans since 1988. We manage the largest pre-paid college plan nationwide for Florida with over a million contracts and program assets of $7.7 billion. Veritec Solutions LLC is part of the Intuition Family of companies and provides regulatory management services to state agencies. Veritec Solutions LLC was established in 2001 to partner with the State of Florida Department of Banking and Finance to develop and implement the Florida Deferred Presentment Program as a state regulatory solution for the payday loan industry. Veritec currently provides regulatory management to over 11 state programs including Deferred Presentment, Anti-Predatory Mortgage Lending and Title Loan regulation. www.veritecs.com
